As a member of Dream Town’s top-producing Laura McGreal and Karen Schwartz Group, she pairs her extensive interior design background with local real estate knowledge to offer her clients unmatched expertise, care, and creativity.
Icelyn obtained her Bachelors degree in Advertising Communications from Michigan State University, while also working as an interior design consultant. This experience gives Icelyn a unique ability to help her clients visualize themselves in a space and inspire creative design ideas once they move in. Having lived in four different Chicago neighborhoods, she also brings her own personal understanding of what makes life in each area of our city special. Icelyn understands that purchasing or selling a home is big milestone in her clients’ lives, and carefully guides them through each step to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
Living and working across the city, Icelyn has discovered many local gems that she frequents. She can often be found exploring Chicago’s robust dining scene – name a cuisine or Chicago neighborhood, and she has a restaurant recommendation to share. In her free time, Icelyn also enjoys drawing and painting, barbecuing on her patio, and walking/biking the lakefront and 606 trail.
